Workout Contest to support Save the Children!
Activity Contest Rules: Record video of your activity or take a picture of your chosen activity & time (smart phones or fitness trackers can record Activity of your choice). 2 winners will be chosen.
Please donate min $5-10 or what you deem appropriate to register and share this page with your friends. Activity options are below but not limited to::
- 5,000-10,000 Steps Goal (share time)
- Run 1-5k with a friend or on a treadmill (share time and results)
- Do zumba or dance (time + calories burned)
- Strength training
- Yoga (share time plus steps)
- 6. Professionals: A step by step guideline to ideal workout for toning or bulking up.
- You pick! (Cycling. Spin Class, Cross-fit, etc)
- Join me on Zoom for a complete toning workout on one of the below
A) Back & Biceps
B) shoulders & Triceps
D) Glutei & Quads (leg day)
E) Chest Day
