Hi my name is Ruben, I am 13 years old and tennis is my passion. Outside of trainings and formal competitions there aren't many chances for juniors to get together.  So I wanted to create an informal event where we could play together and have some fun!

At the same time I thought it would be a good opportunity to serve a good cause. So I decided to make this tennis event a charity fundraiser as well.  I wanted to make the tournament benefit Save the Children as its a charity I have supported since I was little, by sponsoring a boy the same age as me from the Philippines. We have been able to write each other, and I really enjoy having this personal connection. 

I know not everyone will participate in the tennis event, but hopefully you will still consider contributing to my fundraising goal. 

I hope that this tournament will get everyone to SERVE 4 GOOD!  Thank you!
