It is estimated that more than 2.5 children have been internally displaced within Ukraine and approximately 2 million children have been forced to flee as the war in Ukraine rages on.  Children make up half of all refugees.  There is a deep concern for those stranded in, or unable to leave, encircled areas due to heightened security risks and lack of safe exit routes. Reports of severe shortages of food, water, heat, and other basic essentials continue to increase, highlighting the importance of safe, unfettered humanitarian access to all areas of the country.

Our student musicians are performing on a live broadcast to raise desperately needed funds to support Ukrainian children in need.  Our young musicians’ mission is to offer hope and some relief to Ukrainian children, but most of all, to remind them that they are not alone or forgotten!
